The Terms of Service and Privacy Policy your organization accepts, and what happens when they change.
Accepting The Terms
Before an organization starts using Agenda Beacon, one of its administrators accepts the current Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. The prompt appears right after the first sign-in and two-factor check.
The acceptance is recorded for the organization with the administrator's name, the version accepted, the date and time, and browser details.
Board members and other non-administrators are never asked to accept the terms. Their use is covered by the organization's acceptance.
When The Terms Change
When a new version is published, the next administrator from your organization to sign in sees an Updated Terms screen with a summary of what changed. Once one administrator accepts, nobody else in the organization is prompted.
