Administration
Find people, presenters, portal settings, attendance reports, security logs, and deleted meetings in the seven Administration tabs.
Opening Administration
Open Administration from the Board Workspace. Only organization administrators can use this area. The subscription card above the tabs shows the organization's subscription details.
The Seven Tabs
- People — members, invitations, roles, titles, and per-person board access. The Presenters section is below the member list on this same tab.
- Boards & Committees — the named main board, its committees, board visibility, and whether main board members can see a committee.
- Public Portal — Public Profiles for the public roster, followed by Public Site for portal visibility, banner, featured content, and search settings.
- Document Settings — the letterhead logo, address and contact details, footer note, print layout, and titles shown with presenter names. Meeting files remain on each meeting's Documents or Minutes tab.
- Attendance — board and committee attendance reports, date filters, per-person meeting detail, CSV export, and printing.
- Security & Audit — Member Security, Sign-In Activity, Permission Changes, and Document Access Log, in that order.
- Deleted Meetings — Meeting Trash for restoring meetings within 90 days, followed by deletion history.
Reviewing Security And Audit Records
In Security & Audit, Member Security shows two-factor enrollment and lockouts. Sign-In Activity shows sign-in attempts. Permission Changes shows who changed organization membership or board access, and what changed. Document Access Log shows secure document-link requests.
Use the filters and CSV export in each log to review the records you need. For an explanation of the protections behind these tools, see the Platform Security chapter of this guide.
Restoring A Deleted Meeting
- Open Administration, then Deleted Meetings.
- Find the meeting in Meeting Trash and choose Restore before its 90-day recovery period ends.
- Return to the meetings list to open the restored meeting. Review its publication and visibility settings before sharing it.
Deletion history is below Meeting Trash. After the recovery period, deleted meetings are permanently removed and cannot be restored here.
